For every ADC customer, old and new, we strive to provide you with outstanding base level support. As an existing customer, we do our best to hold Records, Drawings, Bills of Materials, and Service Files on every piece of equipment we have provided for you. Our archive is over 20 years in the making! We archive these documents, so you don’t need to.

Our technicians have many years experience with our equipment, and can often find a solution to your problem in a short period of time.

  • Response to your case request within 2-4 Business Days
  • All Standard ADC Service Rates will apply. (See Below)
  • Spare Parts sold at the published list price. (Contact ADC if you do not have the current Critical Spare Parts list for your equipment)
  • Standard service hours are 9 am to 3 pm central standard time.
